Gauge (after blocking): 18 sts and 24 rows = 10cm in st st with 4.5mm needles

You start with the ribbed brim, continue in stockinette stitch over the body of the hat before the two cat
ears are shaped with increases and decreases. The crown is shaped to give a good fit.

 

Sizes: 1-2 (3-4, 5-8) years // XS/S (S/M, M/L) to fit head circumference of approx. 45-48 (48-51, 51-53) //53-55 (55-57, 57-60) cm


Finished measurements: Circumference: approx. 44 (47, 49) // 51 (51, 53) cm

 

Yarn: 1 strand of Knitting for Olive Heavy Merino (125m / 50g), 1 ball + 1 strand of Knitting for Olive Soft Silk Mohair (225m / 25g), 1 ball.

 

Needles: 3.5mm and 4.5mm circular needles, or in size to obtain gauge
