NZ SHIPPING - Free on all website orders over $250

All New Zealand orders are sent by NZ Post Economy.

Orders for items in stock usually ship within 1-2 business days. Please allow 2-3 days for parcels to reach their destination, delivery times sometimes vary.

• For orders containing any out of stock items, we will notify you via email or phone to discuss your order and let you know approximate delivery times.

• Any order below $100 for product going to a RD delivery will incur an RD charge sent as a separate charge. You are able to stop the order at this point and receive a credit.

• For items that need to be ordered in (this will be noted on the actual product page), please allow approximately an extra 14-21 days for delivery.

Once products have been dispatched we cannot be held liable for the delays caused by the postal service or couriers.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International Shipping is available on request.

International orders will be shipped by NZ Post International Services. Approximate delivery time 14-21 working days. If you wish to have courier service please request and quote will be given.
