Olive’s Vest is a classic and simple slipover for kids worked from the top down in stockinette stitch. 2 stands of yarn are held together-1 strand of Knitting for Olive Merino with 1 strand of Knitting for Olive Soft Silk Mohair. Full pattern information is below.

Gauge: 20sts and 30rows - 10cm with 4.5mm

You begin with the folded ribbed neckband and continue with neckline shaping using German short rows before working each front and back piece separately down to the underarms. From here, you continue in the round before finishing the body with a ribbed hem. Lastly, you pick up stitches around the armholes and finish with a folded ribbed edge
