Baby Bear Garter Bonnet is a beginner-friendly hat with cute little bear ears worked back and forth in garter stitch. 2 stands of yarn are held together-1 strand of Knitting for Olive Merino with 1 strand of Knitting for Olive Soft Silk Mohair. Full pattern information is below.

Gauge 22sts /44rows - 10cm in garter stitch with 3.3mm and the 2 strands held together.

You start working the ribbed face band before shaping the top crown, ears and the back crown with simple increases and decreases. Next, you work the ties and back neckband in garter stitch before finishing the bonnet by seaming up the ears and back crown.
