Rail Dress is a stripey dress with a wide skirt, i-cord ties at the neckline and a round yoke construction. The dress is worked from the top down using 1 strand of Heavy Merino. Full pattern information is below.

Gauge (after blocking) 20sts and 30 rows - 10cm in st st with 4.5mm

You start working back and forth in order to create the keyhole opening before continuing in the round. I-cord edges finish the sleeves and neckline, and the neck opening is closed with i-cord ties. The neck keyhole opening can be placed on the front or the back depending on preference.
