Kiddo - 2 ply Mohair Silk

This 2 ply Mohiar/Silk yarn is a delight to work with.  It can either be used alone or alongside a strand of heavier weight yarn to create a light halo of fluff.

Hand dyed in small batches in Gore, Southland by Monique Dillon, a self-taught indie wool dyer

Fibre: 64% Kid Mohair / 36% Silk

Length: Approx 420m / 50gm

Suggested needle size: 2-5 mm

Wash: Gentle hand wash, dry flat

As with all hand dyed yarn, we highly recommend alternating two skeins at a time to ensure an even distribution of colour.

Mohair used in yarn is RMS certified sourced from South Africa. Silk is Grade A Mulberry Silk sourced from China. Yarn is processed in Peru.
