4 Hats Infants/Childs Pattern

This knitting pattern is a collection of 4 different Hats - Helmet, Bonnet, Pull on and T Bag Hat.  

Sizes from Birth to 6-7 years approx. (Bonnet for 0-1year only)

Sizes available: 0-6 months, 6-12, 1-2 yrs, 2-3 yrs, 4-5yrs, 6-7yrs

To fit the average size baby's/child's head for the age

Yarn: 8 ply 50gm (100m) balls

Helmet: 1, [1, 1, 1, 1, 2]

Bonnet: 1, [1, 1]

Pull on Hat: 1, [1, 1, 1, 1, 1]

T Bag Hat: 1, [2, 2, 2, 2, 2]

The Yarn amounts are based on average requirements and are approximate.

Needles: 3.25mm & 4mm knitting needles. 

Other requirements:

1 Button for Bonnet

1 Button for Helmet

Cable Needle for Pull On Hat

Stitch holders for Helmet

Tension: 22 sts and 28 rows to 10cms (4 inches) over stocking stitch on 4mm needles or the size required to give the correct tension.
