Pippi Poncho is a practical poncho that is perfect for keeping the upper body warm and cozy on a chilly day. The poncho can be worn as an outer garment as well as being suitable for indoor use. It is worked with 1 strand of Heavy Merino + 1 strand of Soft Silk Mohair held together throughout. Full pattern information is below.

Pippi Poncho is worked from the bottom up, and both flat and in the round. The bottom hem is curved with splits in each side, while the body has graphic colorwork stripes that are worked using the Fair Isle technique. Folded ribbed edges finish the armholes and neckline.

Finished measurements: Chest circumference: 63 (73, 83, 88, 93, 98) cm; Length from shoulder to edge: approx. 33 (39, 43, 48, 53, 57) cm
Yarn: MC: 1 strand of Knitting for Olive Heavy Merino (125m/50g), worsted weight yarn, 2 (3, 3, 4, 4, 5) balls, + 1 strand of Knitting for Olive Soft Silk Mohair (225m/25g), lace-weight yarn, 2 (2, 2, 2, 3, 3) balls. CC 1, 2 and 3: 1 strand of Knitting for Olive Heavy Merino, 1 ball of each colorway + 1 strand of Knitting for Olive Soft Silk Mohair, 1 ball of each colorway, or approx. 5 g of Heavy Merino for each colorway + 3 g of Soft Silk Mohair for each colorway if using leftover yarn.
