A 'Knitting for Olive' design

Bobby Dress is a simple dress with a garter stitch yoke. The dress is worked from the top down using 1
strand of either Merino or Cotton Merino. Full pattern information is below. Pattern goes to 8 years.

Gauge (after blocking): 28 sts and 38 rows = 10 cm in st st with 3mm needles

Pattern Information

You start working back and forth to create a small split in the back while shaping the neckline with short
rows at the same time. The yoke is shaped with raglan increases down to the underarms and the skirt is
worked in stockinette stitch in the round and shaped with increases. The sleeves are worked in the round from the top down and you can choose between short sleeves and long sleeves.

Sizes: 3 (6, 9-12, 12-18) months // 2 (4, 6, 8) years
Finished measurements: Total length from shoulder to edge: approx. 29 (33, 37, 41) // 45 (49, 59, 69) cm; Sleeve length from underarm to edge: approx. 2 (2, 2, 2) // 2 (2, 2, 2) cm for short sleeves and approx. 14 (16, 18, 20) // 24 (27, 30, 33) cm for long sleeves; Chest circumference: approx. 42 (46, 49, 52) // 57 (61, 66, 69) cm
