Choose to add on the required knitting needles if you don't have them at home:

  • Knit Pro 3mm circular needles with 60cm cable
  • Knit Pro 3mm double pointed needles

Other kit size by request

 

Gauge (after blocking) 28 sts and 38 rows = 10 cm in st st with 3 mm needle

Knitting for Olive Merino maybe be substituted for Knitting for Olive Cotton Merino

Front pieces and back are worked as one piece until armhole. Sleeves are then worked on double pointed needles in the round and added to the body where all pieces are joined with raglan decreases.
The sweater is finished adding either buttons and crocheted straps for button holes or knitting and attaching i-cord strings to keep the front pieces in place.

Finished measurements: Length from shoulder to edge: approx. 20 (22, 25, 27, 30, 34, 37) cm [7¾ (8¾, 10, 10¾, 11¾, 13½, 14½)]"; circumference at bust: approx. 39 (43, 47, 51, 56, 60, 64) cm [15¼ (17, 18½, 20, 22, 23½, 25¼)]"; sleeve length from underarm to cuff: approx. 12 (13, 14, 15, 17, 19, 21) cm [4¾ (5, 5½, 6, 6¾, 7½, 8¼)]"
Yarn: Knitting for Olive Merino, Cotton Merino or Pure Silk (250 m [273 yd] / 50 g [1.8 oz], fingering-weight yarn; One-color wrap: 2 (2) 2 (3) 3 (3) 4 balls; Striped wrap: 1 + 1 (1 + 1) 1 + 1 (2 + 2) 2 + 2 (2 + 2) 2 + 2 balls
